sushi

to answer the sushi question, we will be making them during the discussion. i've made some before but (even better) - jessa is a renowned sushi chef and said she would help. i will have nori (seaweed rolls), rice, soy sauce, and wasabi (and ginger) available. im planning on providing some basics too: cucumbers, carrots, avocados, cream cheese. anyone have any suggestions or favorites? if there's a list, jessa and i can create samples of a bunch of them and pick everything up together. crab? smoked salmon? asparagus? tuna? eel?

this should be fun.
